Water, at the pressure the surface can take
Roofs, siding, decks, driveways, storefronts, heavy equipment. Getting the grime off is the easy half. Getting it off without stripping paint or driving water where it should not go is the part worth paying for.

Mobile sandblasting
Down to bare metal, on site
The rig comes to you, so equipment that cannot easily be moved does not have to be. Rust, failed coatings, old paint. What is left is a clean surface ready for primer, and that is usually the whole reason the job exists.

A tag that sits invites more of them, and the paint keeps bonding the longer it stays. Call early and it usually comes off clean. We can also seal the surface afterwards so the next one lifts off without a fight.

Thirty-four years
running at fires.
Joel Sperry retired out of the fire department, looked around Fairbanks, and could not find anyone doing surface work the way he thought it ought to be done. So he and his wife bought the equipment themselves.
That was 2019. It is still a family business. His sons Timothy and Michael and his nephew Adam work the jobs with him, and when you call, Joel is the one who picks up.

Interior Alaska is hard on buildings. Freeze and thaw, road spray, breakup mud, then a whole summer of dust. Most of what we take off a surface got there because of the weather, not because anyone neglected it.
